Una de las principales pasiones y capacidades que descubrí en mi vida nómade, fue el amor a la cocina y la posibilidad de ganar dinero con los panes rellenos.
Haber descubierto los panes no solo terminó siendo una buena oportunidad económica, sino también un ejercicio constante de esfuerzo y de sentirme lleno por hacer algo que pone feliz a las personas.
Con los panes rellenos conocí gente, descubrí pasiones, viaje por el mundo y hasta desperté opciones de viaje en otros, que hoy también lo hacen.
Fueron siete años de vida nómade, donde el pan relleno fue mi principal fuente económica, lo cual me hace sentir muy feliz y orgulloso de la simpleza a la cual aspire y llegué. A esto tengo que sumarle el agradecimiento a cada uno de ustedes, que se abrieron en distintas circunstancias a probar el pan o, a difundir mi proyecto por el simple sabor de una comida realizada con mis manos. Porque eso es lo que también genera un pan, confianza. Si alguien desconocido compra algo a otro desconocido y eso que compra despierta alegria, satisfacción, es porque previamente existió una confianza que permitiese tal acto.
Cuando hablo de mi proyecto “ el que busca no encuentra” me refiero en cierto punto a esto. Que importante es poder relacionarnos cada día más con lo y los desconocidos. Por medio de estas relaciones es que podremos avanzar hacia un mundo un tanto más comprensible y abierto a los cambios.
One of the main passions and abilities that I discovered in my nomadic life, was the love to cooking and the possibility of making money with stuffed breads.
Having discovered the bread, not only ended up being a good economic opportunity, but also a constant exercise of effort and feeling complete by doing something that makes people happy.
With the stuffed breads I met people, I discovered passions, I traveled around the world and I could even awake travel options in others, which they are still using today.
It have been seven years of nomadic life, where the stuffed bread was their main economic source, and that makes me feel very happy and proud of the simplicity to which I aspire and arrive. To all this I have to add the gratitude I feel towards each of you, who were open minded to try the bread in different circumstances, or to spread my project for the simple taste of a meal made by my hands. Because this is what a bread can also generate: trust. If someone buys something from a stranger and what he buys gives him joy and satisfaction, it is because previously there was a trust that allowed such an act.
When I talk about my project "the one who seeks does not find" I refer at a certain point to this. How important it is to be able to relate even more with the unknown or strangers. Through these relationships we can move towards a world more understanding and open to changes.
